This single storey building within Healesville Sanctuary, Victoria, incorporates animal examination rooms, operating theatres, laboratories, an interactive visitor's gallery and staff work rooms.

This project was procured using a traditional materials and workmanship contract and the specification therefore clearly supported the architectural drawings and schedules, confirmed procedures and responsibilities, established quality and performance benchmarks and provided means for checking compliance whilst reflecting the contract procurement route.

By working closely with architects Minifie Nixon, we were able to ensure clear and concise tender and contract documents were produced.
