The North-South Bypass Tunnel (CLEM7) forms a key element of Brisbane City Council’s "Transport Plan for Brisbane 2002 – 2016", providing an integrated strategy to modernise Brisbane’s transport system.

The project involves construction of twin tunnels 60m below the surface with a length of 5.2km and with complex interchanges at each end.

Provided Brisbane City Council and RiverCity Motorway with independent and professional review, advice and opinion that the project works are in accordance with the Project Deed, and to facilitate the successful completion and operation of the project.

To achieve this, Davis Langdon and SMEC will deliver extensive expertise and resources capable of providing the breadth and depth of knowledge necessary to act in this role.

The Joint Venture will also provide ongoing progress and payment advice as Financiers Engineer.
