Dave is a Director based in our London Office and is Head of Specification Consulting and Design Management (SDM) for UK and Europe.

Dave is a founding member of the original company Schumann Smith formed with Nick Schumann in 1986 before merging with Davis Langdon in 2000 and is now a Director of Davis Langdon as Head of the Service line SDM based in Mid City Place, Holborn.

Dave has been involved on many of the iconic projects with the SDM team, working with a large number of the signature architects which make up their impressive client list

Dave’s experience covers a wide range of sectors both in the UK and overseas.

Dave is active in developing new client opportunities for the business both externally and within the large AECOM internal market.
