Paul joined Davis Langdon in 1987, and he became partner in 1994.  He works with both Developers and Occupiers and specialises in high-rise and iconic buildings.  His clients include British Land, Grosvenor, Bloomberg and Goldman Sachs.

He has led teams on a series of landmark projects including Commerzbank in Frankfurt, HSBC at Canary Wharf, the BCO award winning 40 Grosvenor Place, Broadgate Tower and The Leadenhall Building.
