Paul is the Head of Retail for Davis Langdon. He is based in our London office, from where he manages a national team delivering a range of services to the Retail Development and Retailer sub sectors.

In his role as Head of Retail, Paul provides strategic leadership to a senior team of eleven Directors who deliver our services to the Retail sector on a regional basis.

Paul has also prepared the British Council for Shopping Centres guidance note, Minor Refurbishment Of Shopping Centres and Retail Units: Opportunities to improve sustainability; and has presented at various Industry Conferences.
