Davis Langdon has recently been awarded a term contract to provide campus wide sustainability consulting services to the University of Virginia. The initial project will include assisting the Office of The Architect for the University with the development of a campus sustainability plan to identify the essential elements of campus sustainability, and provide analysis and guidelines for the future operation of campus activities. The firm is providing LEED project management, sustainability costing, energy modeling, life cycle cost analysis, and technical oversight.  Davis Langdon is already familiar with the UVA campus as we are currently providing sustainable design and cost management services on multiple projects such as South Lawn, the College of Arts and Sciences; Bavaro Education Building; and the Medical Education Building.
