This project entailed conversion of an existing large single theater into a triplex theater facility, which serves as the headquarters for the California Film Institute’s Mill Valley Festival.

As this was a historical renovation, care was taken during design and reconstruction to preserve the historic Art Deco interior and exterior of the building.
