Lynnwood High School is a new two story school facility planned for Seattle, Washington. The campus includes several multi-use all-weather sports fields which are also open for use to the general public.

The multi-use sports fields include associated restroom facilities and lighting, separate from the school building itself.

Davis Langdon was involved throughout the process, providing cost estimating services, value engineering, and cost and schedule risk analysis.
