This project encompassed extensive renovation to the existing convention center, as well as a large expansion to provide a new exhibition hall, ballrooms, and pre-function rooms.

The renovation also included significant modernization to the existing electrical and mechanical systems. A hallmark feature of the expanded center is the inclusion of custom built metal graphics on the exterior wall, which spell out the name of the city, and are large enough to be visible from the freeway.
